Robert O'Dea was born on December 5, 1877 in Milltown in the Parish of Aglishcormick, County Limerick. Godparents were Thomas O'Dea and Ellen O'Meara.1 He was the son of Patrick O'Dea and Margaret Hourigan. Robert O'Dea married Mary Crehan, daughter of James (Jamsie) Crehan and Anne Coffey, in 1924 in Ballybricken and Bohermore Parish, County Limerick. Robert O'Dea died on June 7, 1940 in Kilteely In the Parish of Aglishcormick, County Limerick, at age 62.2 He was buried in Kilteely Churchyard, Kilteely, County Limerick.2
