Margaret Hourigan was born before 1847 in College Lattin, County Tipperary. She was the daughter of William Hourigan and Margaret Merrick. Margaret Hourigan married Patrick O'Dea, son of Robert O'Dea and Catherine Collins, on February 13, 1877 in County Tipperary. Christopher Anderson and Bridget O'Meara were witnesses at the wedding.1 Margaret Hourigan died on May 18, 1927 in Parish of Kilteely, Kilteely, County Limerick. She was buried in Kilteely Churchyard, Kilteely, County Limerick.2
