     William O'Dea was born on April 20, 1883 in Milltown in the Parish of Aglishcormick, County Limerick. Godparents were Richard O'Dea and Margaret Anderson.1 He was the son of Patrick O'Dea and Margaret Hourigan. William O'Dea died on August 31, 1965 in New York, New York, at age 82.
     He immigrated on October 25, 1911 to New York, New York. He traveled on the ship Majestic originating from Queenstown (Cobh), Ireland.
