Margaret Hickey was born on August 22, 1811 in Solohead and Oola, County Limerick. Godparents were Thomas Ryan and Mary Buckley.1 She was the daughter of John Hickey and Honora Ryan. Margaret Hickey married John Ryan, son of Cornelius Ryan and Hanora Donnell, on February 15, 1841 in County Limerick. Witnesses were James Hickey and Catherine Hanly.1 Margaret Hickey died in 1850 in New York, New York.
